Margate gets dressed up for fall.
Margate Business Association staff, volunteers and members of the Margate City Public Works Department this week decorated the city’s businesses districts and other prominent locations with mums, cornstalks, scarecrows and bales of hay to beautify the city during the fall season.
It is the fourth year the MBA has decorated the city to encourage residents and visitors to start their holiday shopping during the fine fall weather.
To celebrate the beauty of autumn and support the business community, the MBA is holding a photo contest.
Just take a selfie or photo in front of your favorite decorated Margate business and post it with a comment on the Margate Business Association Facebook page for a chance to win a gift card.
