Heather Helsabeck
SOMERS POINT – For consistently delivering outstanding service and embodying Shore Medical Center’s mission, vision and values, Patient Financial Services Representative Heather Helsabeck has been named Shore’s October Employee of the Month.
Helsabeck was hired at Shore Medical Center in 2021, and has since proven to be an asset to her department. She works with Medicare managed care payers and assists with cash applications.
Director of Patient Financial Services Jennie Bradeis said Helsabeck always volunteers to help with additional tasks when needed.
“Heather’s strength is her ability to learn quickly, and she eagerly shares her knowledge with others. She consistently meets the team goals and goes above and beyond team expectations. She has done an outstanding job of learning the cash application process and persists in the face of challenges. Heather’s coworkers often comment about how great it is to work with her because of her positive attitude,” Bradeis said.
Helsabeck lives in Absecon with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Hannah and Hutch.
