VENTNOR – The Jewish Federation of Atlantic and Cape May Counties is inviting the public to join an advocacy event to bring the Israeli hostages home. The event will be held noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3 on the Newport Avenue beach.

More than 200 hostages are being held captive by Hamas in Gaza and the South Jersey Jewish community is focused on their release. Photographs of individual hostages will be on display and the names of the more than 200 hostages will be read aloud. Those who attend will be invited to take action to release the hostages, including a letter writing campaign to legislators. The event is part of a national effort to make clear to government leaders that the release of the hostages is the community’s top priority.

The Jewish Federation works to support and engage members of the Jewish community through meaningful programs and resources.
