Students at the Academy of Culinary Arts will prepare the culinary creations of Chef Educator Joe Sheridan during the Beaujoulais Nouveau scholarship dinner.

MAYS LANDING – A limited number of tickets are available for the Le Beaujolais Nouveau scholarship dinner event being held 5:30-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16 at Atlantic Cape Community College Academy of Culinary Arts, 5100 Black Horse Pike. This year, the dinner will be served in academy kitchens.

The Atlantic City Bailliage of the Chaine des Rotisseurs has partnered with the Academy of Culinary Arts over the last 24 years for the scholarship fundraiser, which benefits students at the Academy of Culinary Arts. Since its inception, the Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner has raised more than $115,000 to help students complete their education.

Student chefs will prepare spectacular desserts for the Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner.

As in past years, the event will celebrate the annual release of Beaujolais Nouveau wine on the third Thursday of November. The new vintage of Beaujolais will be served along with a selection of five other wines that compliment culinary creations offered during the dine-around, which will be served up in four different academy kitchens. The event will start with hors d’oeuvres outside the first floor kitchen followed by an incredible menu of culinary delights created by ACA Director and Chef Educator Joe Sheridan and prepared by ACA students.

The scholarships will be awarded during an elaborate dessert presentation.

Tickets are $110 and may be purchased at http://chaine-des-rotisseurs-atlantic-city.cliqsuite.com/
