ATLANTIC CITY – The Schultz-Hill Foundation has awarded $18,000 in arts grants and student scholarships in 2023.

The DINA Scholarship/ARTS Grant Program was established to support programs and students in the fields of art, history and education. The DINA Program is named after the “Angel of Wisdom” and is a sub-program of the foundation in Atlantic City.

“Being chosen as a DINA grant recipient is wonderful,” said Jeremy Rotolo, producing artistic director of the Atlantic City Theatre Company. “The Schultz Hill Foundation has always been a big supporter, and without them, I know that we wouldn’t have been able to come this far as an organization. This grant enables us to continue our mission of serving the Atlantic City theater community with high-quality performances and education.”

The award recipients are AC Ballet 40th Anniversary Gala; Atlantic City ARTS Foundation artist sponsor; Atlantic City Theater Co. – Rocky Horror Picture Show at Claridge; Bernie Friedenberg WW II Memorial Fund; Children’s Cultural ARTS Foundation; Coastal Cousins Heritage Gardens (with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City); Highland Academy spring show; Holy Spirit Music Program; Longport Scholarship Foundation; Mighty Writers; MUDGIRLS Studio; NAACP Scholarship; Ocean City Theatre Company Summer Sponsorship; Save Lucy Capital Campaign; and the Stockton Performing Arts Center.

Individual awards went to Maeve Stanford for Smith College and to Vanessa Leigh for the Berklee College of Music.
