The Margate Education Foundation will hold a Mardi Gras Casino Night fundraiser 7-11 p.m. Friday, March 1 at Linwood Country Club, 500 Shore Road in Linwood. All proceeds benefit school clubs and programs.
The event include best dressed and best mask contests; casino games, such as blackjack, craps and roulette; prize baskets; and a DJ and dance party.
Tickets are $65 per person and include game chips, two raffle tickets, light fare and specialty drinks. Pre-show donations of $100 receive $600 in chips, $50 receive $250 in chips. Sponsorship packages are also available.
