MAYS LANDING – Atlantic Cape Community College will host Eclipse Extravaganza, a total solar eclipse viewing party 1:45-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 8 at the college’s main campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.

Attendees will be able to create their own eclipse viewer, and enjoy presentations by Atlantic Cape professors and instructors.

Schedule is as follows:

  • 1:45 p.m. – Welcome message and presentations by Mark Wegner, James Sacchinelli, Richard Perello and Dr. Francis Toriello in Walter Edge Theater, C-Building
  • 2:30 p.m. – Create your own eclipse viewer in STEM, S-Building, Room 116
  • 3 p.m. – Eclipse viewing party on the Quad

The event is free and open to faculty, staff, students and the general public.
