VENTNOR – The Way of St. James on the Road of Life: An Intergenerational Pilgrimage Walk will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20 starting at Holy Trinity Parish St. James Church, 6415 Atlantic Ave.
Check-in begins at 8 a.m. and the walk starts at 9 a.m.
Inspired by the Camino de Santiago, a series of “ways” in Europe that lead to the shrine of the Apostle James in Galicia, Spain, where he is buried, the intergenerational 2.5 mile pilgrimage walk will take place on the Ventnor boardwalk.
Seniors are welcome to walk with friends, family, children and grandchildren, while enjoying the outdoors and spending time together as a faithful community. It will be a day of prayer, reflection, peace and fellowship.
The walk is free and includes morning prayer, the walk, Mass, lunch and more.
Free parking is available at St. James Church.
