The Garden State Council of the Boy Scouts of America announced it will be recognizing Cape May County Freeholder E. Marie Hayes as one of the “Outstanding Women in South Jersey” at their 2018 Women of Achievement Awards Reception.  The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Auletto Caterers in Almonesson.
