EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – The Atlantic County Utilities Authority is sponsoring its sixth annual Recycled Art Contest, only this year, it will be a virtual competition.

The ACUA invites Atlantic County children, teens and adults to create art from material destined for the recycling or trash bin. The contest is designed to shine a light on the importance of recycling and keeping trash out of the landfill.

Artwork must be made from recyclable materials or trash, a maximum size of 2 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet, with pieces secure and no sharp edges. Recognition will be provided in the following age groups: 8 and under, 9-12, 14-18, 19 and older, or group.

Send a photo of your artwork to the ACUA no later than Sunday, Nov. 1.
