Atlantic County Health Department Friday, April 2 reported 129 new COVID-19 positives and the death of a 68-year-old Ventnor man.

The new positives were found in 73 males, ages 10-92, and 56 females, ages 3-88.

The Ventnor man’s death brings the total number of COVID-19 deaths in Ventnor to 16, with 770 positive cases.

There has been 422 cases in Margate, with 132 deaths, and 52 cases in Longport, with one death.

Testing is available by appointment  9-11:30 a.m. each Tuesday until further notice at the Atlantic County Public Works yard, 617 Dolphin Ave., Northfield. Appointments can be made by calling 1-888-285-2684 or by accessing the online testing appointment link at www.aclink.org.

The Atlantic County Vaccination Mega Site located at the Atlantic City Convention Center, 1 Convention Blvd. in Atlantic City will offer more vaccination appointments 9 a.m. Saturday, April 3.
