Margate Public Library

MARGATE – The Margate Public Library has announced its lineup of free fall concerts being held at the Library Park, 8100 Atlantic Ave.

Seating will be available under a tent, but participants can welcome spread out onto the lawn as well. The concerts will be held rain or shine. If the weather prevents outside programming, it may be moved inside to a nearby location.

The program kicks off 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 with the contemporary saxophone stylings of the Howard Isaacson Quintet.

Isaacson has performed with Aretha Franklin, Natalie Cole, Peter Cetera, Tony Bennett, Gladys Knight, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Bernadette Peters and more. His band has played jazz festivals across the country.

Next up is the Best of Broadway concert 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, featuring Nikrumah Gatling, Cicily Daniels and pianist Dale Rieling.
