ATLANTIC CITY – The Atlantic County Utilities Authority is hosting tours of its wastewater treatment facility and wind turbines in Atlantic City.
Open house tours are held at noon every Wednesday through August. Visitors will take a peek inside the wastewater treatment basin and get an up close look at the wind turbines that power the facility.
The Open House Tours are free and no reservations are required. Visitors are asked to arrive a few minutes before noon.
Tours are open to individuals and groups of fewer than five people. Larger groups are asked to schedule a private tour.
The Wastewater Treatment Facility is located at 1801 Absecon Blvd.
