Touring company, neighbors offer free progressive porch performance of  ‘A Christmas Carol’

VENTNOR – The third annual “Charles Dicken’s ‘A Christmas Carol’ Progressive Porch Performance” will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16 at the corner of Troy and Monmouth avenues.

The free and fun event is being presented by neighbors who live on Troy Avenue and the Riddlesbrood Touring Theatre Company.

The original musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ charming holiday classic, “A Christmas Carol,” tells the immortal heartwarming tale of Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey from greed to redemption. Spectators will travel through time with the Ghosts of Christmas through the transformation of a miserly old man into a jolly Father Christmas.

Tickets are not required, just show up, dress warmly and bring your family and friends.

Holiday beverages will be available. Goodwill offerings accepted.
