MAYS LANDING – Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation has announced the restaurants participating in the 41st annual Restaurant Gala being held 6-9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21 at Harrah’s Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City.

The theme for this year’s event is Springtime in Paris. The event raises funds for culinary scholarships for student attending the Academy of Culinary Arts. Since its inception, the gala has raised $4 million to ensure the success graduates.

More than 1,000 food lovers are expected to attend the gala event, which includes a 50-50 raffle, appetizers and desserts prepared by ACA students, open bar, tastings of the participating restaurants’ finest fare, and entertainment provided by the Groove-Heart Band.
