ATLANTIC CITY – The homebuying boom that hit the New Jersey coast during the pandemic includes Atlantic City where sales prices are affordable for first-time homebuyers.
The Chelsea Economic Development Corporation will be joining three other Atlantic City neighborhoods – Ducktown, Midtown and Inlet – for a free Zoom webinar 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 10 that will introduce residents to the opportunities available for first-time homebuyers, Chelsea EDC President Elizabeth Terenik said in a release.
The webinar will introduce participants to the homebuying process and make them aware of all the programs that exist to make their dreams of home ownership a reality.
The 90-minute virtual program is being presented through the Atlantic City Development Corp., the parent organization of the Chelsea EDC, and the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce. It will provide information regarding the financial incentives available to those who buy homes in Atlantic City.
