MARGATE – The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City will be hosting a celebration of “Our Community’s Vision for Tomorrow” with a night at Steve & Cookies By The Bay restaurant, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 17. The rain or shine event honors ACDevco President Christopher Paladino, who has made monumental progress in revitalizing the Atlantic City Gateway area.
The event includes delicious summer delicacies and live music, and benefits the BGCAC as it rebounds from the coronavirus pandemic, and supports the club’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) program where children in grades 5-8 receive training in coding and robotics. The BGCAC offers a safe place where children receive academic and social support.
